David Love: Scientology Narconon - Cult Rehab Center

David Love has published a new video on the connections between the Church of Scientology and its front group Narconon at Trois-Rivieres in Quebec. We have previously written about him shaking Narconon in Canada.

Seen in the video are damning emails evidencing Church of Scientology control of Narconon.

Of Catholic interest you will note at around 1:40 an image of the address sign in front of Narconon. It includes Maison Carignan, a detoxification clinic founded by Dr. Yvon Carignan; and Institut Seculier Les Oblates M.M.I. (OMMI)

The Oblates are known in English as The Missionary Oblates of Mary Immaculate, and are a Roman Catholic secular institute for women equivalent to a religious order. They were founded by French Canadian priest Fr. Louis-Marie Parent in 1952. In 1958 he founded the Voluntas Dei Institute, another secular institute for laymen, couples, and clergy. It has its headquarters office at the same address as Narconon Trois-Rivieres.

The buildings on the property occupied by Narconon appear to have belonged to OMMI since there is a chapel there.

David Love has also recommended these videos as evidence for Church of Scientology control over Narconon:

Scientology - Narconon TR Expose

The video shows Church of Scientology Training Routines (TRs) that are used in Narconon.
